The Proposal of Educational System of Employees in Organisation.

The thesis deals with the education of employees and analyses current educational system in the specific company. In the first part of the thesis we define basic notions and terms we will use in the analysis. In the second part we describe the educational policy and processes applied by the company which are subsequently analyzed in the third part. Outcomes of the analysis serve as the basis for recommendations to improve the educational strategies and policies of the company.

The educational programme oriented to selected ecosystems in kindergarten

This Bachelor thesis focuses on environmental education. In the theoretical part it defines environmental education and its main objectives, the reasons for its inclusion in preschool education and its relation to the Framework Education Programme for Preschool Education. In addition, it names methods suitable for its implementation in kindergarten. In the practical part, it presents the developed educational offer focused on the selected ecosystem. In selecting the activities included in the curriculum, it emphasises methods of direct nature study, such as observation and simple experimentation, manipulation of natural materials or sensory perception. At the same time, it focuses on the children's experience and the experience they gain through direct contact with nature and spontaneous play in it. After the implementation of the teaching programme, it then evaluates the proposed topics and the chosen methods on the basis of the evaluated interviews and the ongoing observation of the children.

System approach to line managers education at company CIUR, a. s.

The presented rigorous work on the topic of a systemic approach to the education of line managers in the corporation CIUR, a. s., Is focused on the creation and implementation of an educational model directly for a specific corporation and the design of measures to improve the education system. This is an area where early implementation in practice can be expected. The theoretical part of the rigorous thesis deals with the education of line managers, which is considered a necessary step to increase competitiveness and reduce costs (complaints, scrap products). It describes individual areas of systematic education in the corporation, supports the implementation of IT technologies in teaching, the importance of which is currently invaluable. Furthermore, in the field of education of line managers, it solves educational needs, design of optimal educational methods and forms, development of competencies or use of talent management for education. The practical part introduces the corporation CIUR, a.s. and comparative corporation B, which is conducted quantitative research, using research methods of benchmarking, SWOT analysis, questionnaire survey and interviews to determine the importance of educational factors for the line managers of the corporation. The Analysis of the Employee Educational System in a Selected Organization

The main objective of this thesis is to analyse the current system of education of employees in a selected organization and give several suggestions on changes that can be made. The chosen organization is Labour Office located in Jindřichův Hradec.The analysis is based on a personal interview with director of this organisation and on employee questionnaire results. Application of methods of critical thinking in the information education: Case study of the Czech University of Life Sciences

This thesis is focused on use of the critical thinking techniques into the courses of information education. The study describes links and relations among the critical thinking as one part of constructivist teaching and information, critical and reading literacy. A literature review of the thesis also includes description of programme for critical thinking development called "Reading and Writing for Critical Thinking". A finding and methodology section is divided into two parts. First one analyses questionnaire of the critical evaluation of information quality organized for students of Czech University of Life Sciences. Following part describes case study (method based on Yin, 2009) of application critical thinking techniques into the courses of information education in Czech University of Life Sciences. This part, due to chosen method, includes description of current state of information education in the university, its environment and influences. It also gives in detail description of "Course of information literacy for PhD students" which used critical thinking techniques from "Reading and Writing for Critical Thinking" programme.
